Tuesday 27th April Session
Thanks Steve for a great hill session last week 👍 This Tuesday (27th) we will be back on the flat with some long intervals.
Starting by Cow Pond, aiming to complete 5x1K loops with 200M/90sec jog / standing recoveries. This is an endurance building interval workout. Aim to maintain a consistent 10k pace for each 1K, or increase slightly in pace over each interval.
We will head off from SG at 7 pm and start with an easy warm up and then regroup for the session briefing.
Please remember the session is limited to a maximum of 20 runners so please ensure that you book. The booking on Monday evening.
