Tuesday 22nd June Session
Well done to all of you who took part in the Bleep Test last week, it was a great session.
We will be heading back to Breakheart Hill on Tuesday for 2 min Hill Repeats.
We will leave SG at 7 and do an easy warm up meeting at the bottom of Breakheart Hill for the briefing – we will then aim for 6 x 2 min hill reps with jog down recoveries meeting at the top of Breakheart Hill and then doing an easy cool down back to SG.
Hill repeats are an excellent way for you to build leg strength, improve your speed, and build your mental strength and confidence in hill running.
Remember to book your place when it opens Monday evening.
