Tuesday 20th July Session
Well done to everyone who did the Yasso 800 session on Tuesday – did you make note of your splits?! Next week (Tuesday 20/7/2021) we will be heading over to Breakheart Hill for “Crocodile” hill reps, sometimes called Trains.
The idea is you pair up with another runner of similar ability forming 2 long lines (The train). Set off at the bottom of the hill at a steady pace, on the whistle, the runners at the back sprints to the front and becomes the leader of the train. This is a continuous session of 3 reps (x2 Sets) with 2-3min interval between sets. Confused, all will become clear! This is great session and inclusive to the whole group.
