Tuesday 17th August Session
Back to the hills this week after another great session around Cow Pond.
We will start with a nice easy warm up and then regroup for the briefing.
The session starts with 1 Big Loop followed by a 2 min recovery and then 6 x 80m Hill Sprints with jog/walk down recoveries – we will aim for 3-4 sets.
Once we have finished we will do a nice easy recovery run back to SG.
Session is suitable for all abilities.
