Tuesday 20th April Session
So we are heading back to the hills on Tues for some hill sprints which will help with leg strength.
We will head off from SG at 7 pm and start with an easy warm up and then regroup for the session briefing.
The session will be 1 x Big Loop followed by a 2 min recovery and then 3-4 sets of 6 x 80m sprints with jog/walk down recoveries (1 min rest between sets) and then we will end the session with 1 x Big Loop before regrouping and doing a nice warm down run back to SG.
