DESCRIPTION:The first run of the parkrun improvers for the 25/26 season \nFor those that haven’t run before this is a chance to set your base time\, for those that ran in the last competition you’ll be running against the average of your time across the number of parkruns you ran. \nFull details are here  \nAfterwards we can get a coffee at the finish or find a suitable local establishment. \nNOTE: the start and finish are at different locations about 1km apart\, i’d recommend parking in a side road off of Ellerman Avenue which is near the finish\, and run around to the start. \nThere are toilets in the Shot Tower by the finish
