DESCRIPTION:This is the first run of the Runnymede Runners Winter 5K league where you can set your base time for the rest of the competition \nThe suggestion is to run this at Bedfont Lakes\, a popular location for many RR’s and a chance to get a good turn out from the club. \nAlthough its recognised that many members many still not be comfortable running in a large group and would prefer to run 5k virtually (or at another parkrun location) which is also acceptable. \nFor all the rules check out the link Winter 5KM League \n  \n  \n
